In Stock Merchandise
Usually is processed and shipped within 5 business days. Thepassdown.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Backordered items For out of stock items, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up message. These items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost, via DHL.
Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be sent to a street address.
We deliver via DHL or a comparable delivery service. We use U.S. Postal Service for PO Boxes. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.
Shipping cost for books are $3.00 each

Delivery to additional addresses is $5.00 for each additional address.
You can also create a personalized gift message on the shipping information page during check out. Your message will be delivered along with your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
For and exchange, refund or credit, please fill out the Return Authorization Form online. Please include the reason for the return. Send the package via UPS, DHL, FedEx or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on your packing slip.

As always, we stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. Any item found unsatisfactory on inspection should be returned in unused condition within 30 days for replacement or refund. Special orders, books and DVDs may be returned only if defective or not as specified.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns for refunds may not have the shipping fees refunded if a failure to be delivered in time is a result of no one being available to sign for the package (not all orders require signature), a result of your not including all address information on the original order (such as apartment number) or you request that UPS, DHL, or FedEx hold the package for pick up and you do not pick it up in time. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days.) We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Refunds for returns will be made by credit card or check, depending upon the original method of payment.
Items that are opened, used and/or returned more than 30 days after delivery will be eligible for an exchange only. If you need to exchange an item, please download and complete our Return Authorization Form online.
